Magnolia Plantation is located north-east of downtown Orlando in Lake Mary Florida. We are centrally located, approximately 45 minutes from the beaches of New Smyrna and Daytona and 40 minutes from the major theme parks of Orlando.
From the North (Daytona)
- Take I-4 West toward Tampa to exit 98 (Lake Mary Blvd.)
- Bear right at the end of the exit onto Lake Mary Blvd.
- Follow Lake Mary Blvd. to the end (approx. 3/4 mile)
- Bear right onto Markham Woods Road
- The entrance to Magnolia Plantation will be on your left (approximately. 1 mile)
From the South (Tampa)
- Take I-4 East toward Daytona to exit 98 (Lake Mary Blvd.)
- Bear left at the end of the exit onto Lake Mary Blvd.
- Follow Lake Mary Blvd. to the end (approx. 1 mile)
- Bear right onto Markham Woods Road
- The entrance to Magnolia Plantation will be on your left (approximately 1 mile)
